What to Buy & Where

These are NOT required - if you are coming to your first class, just be sure to bring a water bottle and wear tight-fitting pants (or leggings) and a tight-fitting, longer shirt.

For those who  have been coming for a bit and want some extras, here is a list of products and companies that we support for our aerial needs - we are ALWAYS looking to support local or our circus family - if you have a product to list - let us know! (We are NOT being compensated for these recommendations).

SPRAY ROSIN
This is something just about every student wants to borrow. It's inexpensive and a must-have for your aerial bag.
  • Cramer's FIRM GRIP or TUFF GRIP- available at Amazon.

LEGGINGS
With leggings, you want the "buttery soft" feel. May sound backward, but that and pure cotton are some of the best. Avoid spandex and the more "shiny" materials.
  • Fred Meyer's "Eye Candy" brand
  • LulaRoe
  • LeggingsDepot from Amazon
  • Athleta Brand

YOGA MAT
Taking an aerial yoga class with us? Due to COVID precautions, we do ask that students bring their own personal mat. ANY yoga mat will do. But if you're curious about instructor Lindsi's favorite yoga mat brand, it's this one. You can also find them on Amazon here.

AERIAL SOCKS
(These are NOT required for class and only recommended for students who have been flying for some time). Keep your feet warm without slipping and sliding. We love Shashi Open Tops!

  • Shashi - available at Amazon.

What NOT to buy!
  • Chalk for silks is a no-no.
  • Stick-Um Spray - it's cheap, for a reason.
