Intro to Silks (Ages 8+)
New to aerial? This is your starting point. In Intro to Silks, students will learn foundational climbs, foot locks, basic poses, and safety skills. It’s perfect for those who are brand new to aerial arts, are still working toward their COAA “book,” or returning after a 3+ month break and looking to refresh.
Level 1+ Aerial Silks (Ages 8+)
For students who’ve got the basics down and are ready to start building on their silks vocabulary. We’ll introduce beginner drops, sequencing, and skills that require strength, control, and body awareness—all while continuing to reinforce solid technique.
Intro to Bars (Aerial Hoop & Trapeze) (Ages 8+)
Learn the basics of mounting, posing, and moving with control on the hoop. No experience necessary.
Stretching & Flexibility (Ages 8+)
This all-levels class is perfect for anyone looking to improve mobility, increase flexibility, and support their aerial training—or just feel good in their body. No experience necessary!
Aerial FIT! (Beginner) (Ages 8+)
Get strong, have fun, and sweat it out—no silks required! Aerial FIT! is a circuit-style conditioning class using aerial apparatuses to help improve strength, endurance, and body control.
Classes With Specific Requirements
The following classes have prerequisites or require instructor approval. If you're unsure where you fit, just ask a COAA coach—we're here to guide you!
Intermediate Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Take your lyra skills to the next level with transitions, shapes, and dynamic combos. Instructor approval required.
Advanced Aerial FIT!
Same awesome format as our beginning class, but with a more intense pace and skill level. Get strong, have fun, and sweat it out—no silks required! Aerial FIT! is a circuit-style conditioning class using aerial apparatuses to help improve strength, endurance, and body control. Instructor approval required.
Open Gym
Open Gym is a self-guided training time for current students and visiting aerialists. Bring your own apparatus (with prior approval) or use ours. Open to Level 1 and up students. Contact us for requirements if you're visiting from out of town.
Advanced Aerial FIT!
An intensified version of our standard Aerial FIT! class, designed for experienced students ready to push their limits. Think: sweat, strength, and stamina—all while having a blast. Instructor approval required.
Level 5 Aerial Silks (By Audition Only)
This is our most advanced silks class, reserved for students who have demonstrated a high level of technical skill, control, and artistry. Entry is by audition only. Want to work toward this level? Talk to your coach or a staff member to start your training plan.
